VYSWO was founded on 08th May 1994 by four friends Murugan.M, K.Sivaraj, A.Sekar, and C.Muniraj (MSSM) of the Somanahalli Village of Palacode Taluk in the Dharmapuri District of Tamil Nadu state, India.

Somanahalli village, which is located in the western part of the Tamil Nadu state of India, has a population of more than 600 people. Agriculture is one of the main occupations of this village. The Dharmapuri district, where the village is located, has match industries and cultivation of sugar cane, paddy, ground nuts and coconuts.
